Section 333.8107 - Definitions; Q to T(1) "Qualifying patient" means an individual who has been issued a registry identification card as a qualifying patient under the Michigan medical marihuana act.(2) "THC" means delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and tetrahydrocannabinol acid.Added by 2013, Act 268,s 9, eff. 12/30/2013.
