Section 333.18817 - Use of marihuana or industrial hemp(1) A veterinarian may consult with an owner on the use of marihuana or industrial hemp on an animal of the owner.(2) As used in this section:(a) "Industrial hemp" means that term as defined in section 7106.(b) "Marihuana" means that term as defined in section 7106.
