Fees for an individual who is licensed or seeking licensure to practice nursing as a registered professional nurse, a licensed practical nurse, or a trained attendant under part 172 are as follows:

(c) | Temporary license................................ | 10.00 |
(d) | Limited license, per year........................ | 10.00 |
(e) | Specialty certification for registered nurse: | |
