Section 333.21735 - Requirement of emergency generator system in nursing home(1) A nursing home licensed under this article shall have, at a minimum, an emergency generator system that complies with existing state and federal law, including state and federal rules and regulations.(2) A nursing home that fails to comply with this section is subject to a civil penalty as provided under existing state and federal law, including state and federal rules and regulations.Added by 2004, Act 397, s 2, eff. 4/15/2005.
