Section 333.21720 - Nursing home administrator required(1) The department shall not license a nursing home under this part unless that nursing home is under the direction of a nursing home administrator licensed under article 15.(2) Each nursing home having 50 beds or more shall have a full-time licensed nursing home administrator. If a nursing home changes nursing home administrators, the nursing home immediately shall notify the department of the change.Add. 1978, Act 493, Eff. 3/30/1979 ;--Am. 2001, Act 139, Imd.
