Section 333.12524 - Public swimming pools; periodic inspections; right of entry(1) The department, its agents or representatives, or representatives of a designated local health department shall make periodic inspections of public swimming pools.(2) The department, its agents or representatives, or representatives of a designated local health department may enter upon the swimming pool premises and other property of a person at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the swimming pool and carrying out the authority vested in the department under sections 12521 to 12534.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978 .
