Section 333.7511 - Restraining or enjoining violation; trial by jury(1) The circuit court of a county having jurisdiction over an alleged violator of this article has jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin a violation of this article.(2) The defendant may demand a trial by jury for an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order issued under this section.1978, Act 368, Eff. 9/30/1978 .
