Section 324.53503 - Forester program evaluation; review; ceasing administration of part; conditions(1) The department shall timely review each registered forester program evaluation provided under section 53507.(2) The department may cease administering this part if either of the following applies: (a) The revenue available from registered forester fees under section 53509 is not sufficient to administer this part.(b) The department and the board agree to separate and cease operations under this part.Added by 2018, Act 116,s 6, eff. 7/25/2018.
