Section 324.43518 - "Department" defined; signature requirement for valid license(1) As used in this section to section 43544, "department" includes a person designated by the department to issue and sell licenses.(2) A license issued under this part is not valid unless it is signed as required by the department.Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd.
