Section 324.30721 - Establishment of normal inland lake level prohibited in certain casesA normal level shall not be established for an inland lake in either of the following cases:
(a) The inland lake is used as a reservoir for a municipal water supply system, unless a normal level determination is petitioned for by the governing body of the municipality.(b) The state has title, flowage rights, or easements to all riparian land surrounding the inland lake, unless a normal level determination is petitioned for by the department.Add. 1995, Act 59, Imd.
