Section 324.11507a - Solid waste management program; certification; grounds for rescission of certificationUnder rules promulgated by the department, the department may certify a city, county, or district health department to perform a solid waste management program or designated activities as prescribed in part 115. The department may rescind certification under either of the following circumstances:
