Section 324.11302 - Landfill maintenance trust fund; creation; separate fund; revenue(1) There is hereby created the landfill maintenance trust fund. The fund shall be established as a separate fund in the department of treasury.(2) The fund shall receive as revenue money from any source not to exceed $500,000.00, as appropriated by the legislature.1994, Act 451, Eff. 3/30/1995 .
