Section 324.1417 - Clean corporate citizen designation; termination(1) The director shall terminate a clean corporate citizen designation if the director determines that the facility does not meet applicable requirements of section 1407, 1409, or 1411.(2) The director shall notify a facility of the director's intent to terminate the facility's clean corporate citizen designation and the specific reason for the termination not less than 30 days before terminating the designation.(3) A facility whose designation is terminated may reapply for a clean corporate citizen designation at any time.Added by 2012, Act 554,s 9, eff. 1/2/2013.
