Section 32.1109 - Wasting, spoiling, or destroying property; punishment(1) A person subject to this code, while on duty or in the course of duty, shall not willfully or recklessly waste, spoil, or destroy any property that is not property of the United States or of this state.(2) A person who violates this section shall be punished as a court-martial directs.Added by 2005, Act 186, s 27, eff. 10/27/2005.
