Section 32.1105 - Prohibited acts committed while in hands of captor during declared state of emergency or civil disturbance; punishment(1) A person subject to this code who, while in the hands of a captor in time of declared state emergency, or civil disturbance emergency shall not do any of the following: (a) To secure favorable treatment by the person's captors, act without proper authority in a manner contrary to law, custom, rule, or regulation to the detriment of others.(b) While in a position of authority over those persons, maltreat them without justifiable cause.(2) A person who violates this section shall be punished as a court-martial directs.Amended by 2005, Act 186, s 24, eff. 10/27/2005.1980, Act 523, Eff. 3/31/1981.
