Section 28.809 - Confidentiality; disclosure of information; violation; misdemeanor(1) A member of the commission shall not knowingly divulge information designated confidential by section 5 or information that places a school at risk.(2) An individual who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of $500.00.Added by 2018, Act 548,s 5, eff. 3/28/2019.
