Section 259.323 - Violation as misdemeanor; penalty; other violation of law(1) An individual who violates section 21 or 22 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.(2) This section does not affect the ability to investigate or to arrest, prosecute, or convict an individual for any other violation of a law of this state.Added by 2016, Act 436,s 8, eff. 4/4/2017.
