Section 18.1711 - Short title; meanings of words or phrases(1) This act shall be known and may be cited as the "cost-effective governmental energy use act".(2) For purposes of this act, the words and phrases defined in sections 2 to 5 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.Added by 2012, Act 625,s 1, eff. 3/28/2013.
