Section 169.311 - Standard financial disclosure form; accessibility(1) Within 30 days after the effective date of this act, the department shall create a standard financial disclosure form that incorporates the requirements of section 7 for use by a candidate for office to file the financial disclosure report required under this act.(2) The department shall, no later than March 15, 2024, make the form created under this section easily accessible on its website.Added by 2023, Act 282,s 6, eff. 2/13/2024.
