Section 168.932e - Misrepresentation as election official; violation as felony(1) A person shall not intentionally misrepresent by word or act in a polling place on election day that he or she is an election official if that person is not an election official.(2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony.Added by 2012, Act 276,s 51, eff. 8/16/2012.
