Section 15.481 - Short title; definitions(1) This act shall be known and may be cited as the "regulatory boards and commissions ethics act".(2) As used in this act: (a) "Board" means a board, commission, committee, or subcommittee in the department that has authority in regulatory actions concerning private individuals or entities.(b) "Department" means the department of licensing and regulatory affairs.(c) "Immediate family member" means a grandparent, parent, parent-in-law, stepparent, sibling, spouse, child, or stepchild.Added by 2014, Act 96,s 1, eff. 7/1/2014.
