Section 125.773 - Approval of smoke detection systems and installation; penalty(1) The construction code commission of the department of labor shall approve the smoke detection systems and the installation of the above items.(2) A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.1974, Act 133, Eff. 12/5/1974.
