2.Value does not exceed $100. If the value of the fireworks does not exceed $100, a person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $50 may be adjudged. [2003, c. 452, Pt. C, §2(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
3.Value exceeds $100. If the value of the fireworks exceeds $100, a person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime. [2003, c. 452, Pt. C, §2(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
