Section 1013-A - Licensing of table game distributors1.License to distribute required. A person may not distribute table games in the State unless the person has been issued a license to distribute table games by the board. [IB 2009, c. 2, §31(NEW).]
2.Requirements for license. The board may issue a license to distribute table games to an applicant that meets the qualifications set out in sections 1016 and 1019. [IB 2009, c. 2, §31(NEW).]
3.Distribution of slot machines by licensed table game distributor. The board may accept an application from and issue a slot machine distributor license to a person who is licensed as a table game distributor under subsection 2. [2011, c. 585, §3(NEW).]
