Section 2872 - Violations1.Civil violation. A person commits a civil violation if that person violates: A. Chapter 521; [2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]B. 2.Penalty. A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $50 may be adjudged for each colony in violation of chapter 521, 523 or 527. [2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
