2.Penalty. A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $1 and not more than $50 may be adjudged for each colony in violation of chapter 521, 523 or 527. [2003, c. 452, Pt. B, §17 (NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2 (AFF).]
