Section 11052 - DefinitionsAs used in this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]

The Department of Environmental Protection; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]F. The Department of Health and Human Services; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]G. The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]H. The Department of Labor; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]I. The Department of Public Safety; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]J. The Department of Administrative and Financial Services; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]K. The Department of Professional and Financial Regulation; [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]L. 2.Indian tribe. "Indian tribe" means a federally recognized Indian tribe within the State of Maine. [2021, c. 681, Pt. A, §1(NEW).]
