Section 3703 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following words have the following meanings: [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6(NEW).]
1.Person. "Person" means person as defined in section 102 or any public agency, state or political subdivision or agency of the State, or any body politic. [1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §6(NEW).]
2.Rural electrification cooperative or cooperative. "Rural electrification cooperative" or "cooperative" means any corporation organized under this chapter or which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner provided. [RR 2009, c. 1, §24(COR).]
