1.Duty. The superintendent shall cause a juvenile client to be discharged from the facility: A. 2.Power. The superintendent may cause a juvenile client to be discharged from the facility when the superintendent determines that discharge is in the best interest of the client or that the client has benefited optimally from the services and facilities of the facility. [1999, c. 583, §36(AMD).]
