Section 2054 - Rulemaking

The administrator may adopt rules to implement and administer this Act. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. In addition, the Supreme Judicial Court may adopt rules for the provisions of this Act relating to lawyer's trust accounts. [2019, c. 571, §4(AMD).]
