Section 6075 - Authority to require demonstration of exemption

The administrator may require that a person claiming to be exempt from licensing pursuant to section 6074 provide information and documentation to the administrator demonstrating that the person qualifies for a claimed exemption. [2023, c. 662, §2 (NEW).]
