Section 4178 - Application

This chapter applies to all operators and operators in responsible charge and any wastewater treatment plant that is used to meet the requirements of a state pollutant discharge elimination system permit or waste discharge license under Title 38, section 413. [2021, c. 173, §15(AMD).]
