Section 4174 - Examination; criteria; standards

The department shall provide for at least one examination each year for the purpose of examining candidates for certification pursuant to section 4173 at a time and place designated by the department. [2021, c. 173, §9(AMD).]

The department shall establish the criteria and conditions for the classification of wastewater treatment plants. [2021, c. 173, §9(AMD).]

The department shall establish the qualifications, conditions and licensing standards and procedures for the certification of individuals to act as operators or operators in responsible charge. [2021, c. 173, §9(AMD).]
