Section 3850-G - Confidentiality

When providing telehealth services, a person licensed under this chapter shall comply with all state and federal confidentiality and privacy laws. [2021, c. 291, Pt. B, §11(NEW); RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. A, §30(RAL).]
