Section 1309 - Roster of licensed professional engineers

The board shall maintain a roster of all active licensed professional engineers and certified engineer-interns on its publicly accessible website. Copies of the roster must be made available upon request for such fees as the board may authorize in its rules. [2019, c. 375, §10(AMD).]
