Section 18520 - Dispute resolution1.Resolution. The interstate commission shall attempt, upon the request of a member state, to resolve disputes that are subject to the compact and that arise among member states or member boards. [2017, c. 253, §7 (NEW).]
2.Rules. The interstate commission shall adopt rules pursuant to section 18516 providing for both mediation and binding dispute resolution, as appropriate. [2017, c. 253, §7 (NEW).]
