Section 1074 - Statement of dissociation1.Filing of statement. A dissociated partner or the partnership may file a statement of dissociation stating the name of the partnership and that the partner is dissociated from the partnership. [2005, c. 543, Pt. A, §2(NEW).]
2.Deemed to have notice. For the purposes of section 1072, subsection 1, paragraph C and section 1073, subsection 2, paragraph C, a person not a partner is deemed to have notice of the dissociation 90 days after the statement of dissociation is filed. [2005, c. 543, Pt. A, §2(NEW).]
