Section 1206 - Consumption prohibited on off-premises retail licensee's premises

Except as provided in sections 460, 1205, 1207, 1208, 1402-A and 1504, an off-premises retail licensee may not permit a person to consume liquor on the off-premises retail licensee's premises. [2021, c. 658, §219(AMD).]
