Section 1 - Compliance required; penalty

Except as otherwise provided by law, a person that purchases, imports, causes to be imported, transports, causes to be transported, manufactures, possesses, sells or offers for sale alcohol in violation of law commits a Class E crime. [2021, c. 658, §2(AMD).]
