Section 2314 - Suspension or revocation of certificate of authority

Notwithstanding Title 4, chapter 5 and Title 5, section 10051, the superintendent may suspend or revoke a certificate of authority granted under this chapter for cause at any time pursuant to a hearing held in accordance with Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter IV.
