Section 7501 - [See Note] Short title

This chapter may be known and cited as "the Maine Health Care Act." [ 2021, c. 391, §2 (NEW); 2021, c. 391, §4 (AFF).]

Added by 2021SP1, c. 391,§ 2, eff. when federal law is enacted that authorizes a state to obtain a waiver to establish a state-based universal health care plan and to receive federal financing for that plan and notification is given by Superintendent of Insurance.

Repealed by 2022, c. 676,§ A-41, eff. 5/2/2022.
