Section 7060 - Rulemaking

The superintendent may adopt rules to implement the provisions of this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [2021, c. 354, §17(NEW).]
