1. Every health maintenance organization subject to this chapter shall pay to the superintendent the following fees: A. For filing an initial application for a certificate of authority, $500; [1975, c. 503(NEW).]B. For filing each annual report, $50. [1975, c. 503(NEW).] [1975, c. 503(NEW).]
