Section 2326 - False or misleading information1. No person or organization shall wilfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to:A. Any rating or advisory organization, or any insurer which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter. 2. A violation of this section shall subject the one guilty of such violation to the penalties provided in section 2329. [1969, c. 132, §1(NEW).]
