Section 8734 - Registration requirements

Beginning January 1, 2020, manufacturers, wholesale drug distributors and pharmacy benefits managers subject to this subchapter shall register annually with the organization in a manner prescribed by the organization. [2021, c. 305, §8(AMD).]
