1.Court record. The District Court shall keep a full and complete record of all proceedings before the court of any enforcement actions or on the revocation and suspension of any license issued by the department. 2.Notice to department. The District Court shall forward to the department notice of final disposition of all proceedings conducted pursuant to this subchapter. The department shall maintain the records of the proceedings for at least 5 years. [2011, c. 657, Pt. AA, §61(AMD).]
