If commitment or a supervised living arrangement is ordered, the court shall require the head of the institutional facility or the person in charge of supervision to submit: [1989, c. 487, §11(NEW).]
1.Plan of treatment. A plan of treatment within 10 days of the commencement of the commitment or supervision; and [1989, c. 487, §11(NEW).]
2.Written report. A written report, with a copy to both the department and the individual, at least 20 days, but not more than 25 days, from the start of the commitment or supervision, setting forth the following:A. The types of support or therapy groups, if any, which the individual is attending and how often the individual attends; [1989, c. 487, §11(NEW).]B. The type of care or treatment the individual is receiving and what future care is necessary; [1989, c. 487, §11(NEW).]C.
