Section 1-A - DefinitionsAs used in this Title, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9(NEW).]
1.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Health and Human Services. [2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9(NEW).]
2.Department. "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services. [2007, c. 539, Pt. N, §9(NEW).]
3.Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities. "Intermediate care facility for persons with intellectual disabilities" has the same meaning as in Title 34-B, section 1001, subsection 4-B. [2011, c. 542, Pt. A, §23(NEW).]
