Section 15913 - School bus shelters[1981, c. 693, §§ 5, 8(NEW).]
1.Placement. School bus shelters for school children, when approved by the school board of the unit in which they are located, may be placed or maintained outside the right-of-way and at least 33 feet from the center line of a highway. [1981, c. 693, §§ 5, 8(NEW).]
2.Requirement. A shelter shall be:A. Constructed of steel or other durable material with concrete floor raised above ground level; [1981, c. 693, §§ 5, 8(NEW).]B. Kept clean, well painted or otherwise suitably maintained at all times; and [1981, c. 693, §§ 5, 8(NEW).]C. Kept free from snow. [1981, c. 693, §§ 5, 8(NEW).]3.Removal.
