A unit operating a center shall employ a certified career and technical education director. [2011, c. 679, §16(AMD).]
1.Qualifications. The career and technical education director must meet the qualifications prescribed by the state board in accordance with section 13011, subsection 5. [2011, c. 679, §16(AMD).]
2.Administrative status. The career and technical education director shall serve as chief administrative officer of the center and has the authority of a principal in the unit operating the center. [2011, c. 679, §16(AMD).]
