Section 1905 - Costs of genetic testing1.Payment for the costs advanced. The payment for the costs, if any, of initial genetic testing must be advanced: A. 2.Reimbursement. In cases in which the payment for the costs of initial genetic testing is advanced pursuant to subsection 1, paragraph A, the department may seek reimbursement from a person who is rebuttably identified through the genetic testing as the genetic father or genetic mother.
